Overview
The Knowledge Base Hub provides a structured environment for teams managing large knowledge bases. Each article is tracked as a living document with its own lifecycle — from draft through review, publication, and ongoing maintenance — with full visibility into freshness, ownership, and review state.
How It Works
Articles are organized by topic, status, and assigned owner. The workspace surfaces freshness scores from the Content Freshness Monitor, so editors can prioritize the content most in need of attention. Each article view aggregates change history, reviewer comments, enrichment suggestions, and cross-references to related content.
The workspace enforces your team’s content standards — review cadences, approval requirements, and publication rules — while remaining flexible enough to handle urgent updates and ad-hoc contributions.
